[Having a drink or two hadn't seemed like that bad of an idea and now that he's done it Ky still doesn't think it was one. Although he does have to keep glancing back at his new tail, worried he's going to knock something or someone over.

It's kind of a pleasant feeling, being drunk, like it makes the whole world seem a little softer, a little less like something Ky has to march through to get to his destination. And it seems a little less important to keep himself separate from other people just to keep his distance, and a little more like he would kind of like a hug. He stops to think about it, knowing that there might be consequences and that the alcohol he's had is probably fuzzing his brain up a little, but he thinks he can handle whatever might happen. It seems worth it, to be a little less lonely.

Ky makes his way to the bar, where Jade is working, and gives him a half-smile, and a nod. Jade also looks like a fox, perhaps that means he also wants a hug.]

Jade, can I talk to you for a minute?

[The sudden kissing was an odd sensation, but not unpleasant. He felt a small bit of red creep up his cheeks and his expression was one of surprise.

But he was a bit curious as well. As Ky fumbled with words, Jade leaned his head up, craning his neck to place a quick little kiss under Ky's chin.]

[Ky's words stopped again as Jade's lips made contact, not quite sure what he should say to that.

Did that mean Jade hadn't objected to the kiss? But he should object, such a thing was wrong. Even if it had felt good.

Ky huffed a little, chasing his own thoughts, then sighed, hands falling to his side.]

I think you should probably get off of me... I'm sorry.

[Jade blinked a bit, some of the curiosity coming over his face again with a very tiny amount of veiled pouting.

He shouldn't be, really. It was already rather out of the norm for Jade to be this cuddly to someone. The city really got to you after a while, and the curses certainly did have an odd effect on people. But Jade sits up grudgingly, tail releasing Ky's arm.]

You can be quite a rude boy, can't you?

[Rude? That wasn't his intent at all, and he didn't like being called it, but he liked being called a boy even less. His ears flicked back.]

I'm an adult, Jade.

[This wasn't Sol, he should be able to recognize that fact.]

[Jade smirked and stood, his tail shifting to curl around one of his legs.]

Oh? Well alright, then~

[After stretching, Jade shifted and headed right back towards the bar.]

Was there anything else you needed?

[Ky stayed sitting, as he watched Jade stand.

He couldn't help feeling that he'd done something wrong, and he missed the contact. But surely the wrong thing would have been to continue.]

[Jade expression remained a passively amused one as he watched Ky, his tail twitching back and forth.]

[Ky turns even redder, shakes his head a little.]
