College AU meme [open]

Pick one of my characters and I'll toss a college au scenario at you! I've got some rough descriptions below.

Alec: prickly as can be, likes to pick verbal fights with people stronger than him to show he's smarter, not really concerned with his own safety. Double major in mathematics and astronomy.
Annabel: cheery but socially awkward, prone to babbling. Kind of the mad scientist type. Major in biomedical engineering.
I-No: the bitchiest mean girl, she's loyal when she considers her loyalty earned but she's capricious and enjoys causing others pain. Major in business.
Ky: incredibly earnest, religious, repressed. Army ROTC participation and major in political science
Nyxnissa: practical and prone to arguing with people in a way to try to get them upset, although she doesn't really enjoy that, just can't help herself. Major in mechanical engineering.
Sol: grouchy, not very talkative, lazy but really smart. Major in physics.
Valentine: much more interested in drinking and partying than college classes, in fact pretends to be less smart than he is. Audacious and outrageous. Major in LGBT studies, as much to piss off his conservative father as anything else. Minor in business, because otherwise his father won't pay for college.

Alec moves as soon as the shirt falls open, bending himself even more to lick lower. It’s an awkward angle, and it’ll cause an ache in his back if he keeps up too long, but Alec knows that and still thinks it’s well worth it.

His hands run along Richard’s back, before he takes advantage of the buttons and tries to yank it off, tangling it on Richard’s arms for a moment before working it free a little more. And then it’s Richard’s problem — just like Alec’s own shirt is — because Alec has a lot of skin, and it turns out that yes, Richard is a bit sweaty. Which is completely acceptable.

Alec’s also tempted to forget about the shower option without really picking on it, because the button to Richard’s pants is right there and once Alec gets it open he’s not going to want to stop licking.

Which is mostly a warning, and not at all a complaint. Warning that Alec's shirt is coming off, so his intense focus will be interrupted.

And also a bit of a warning that if he opens that button...

The bruise on Richard's hip, the one that matches (and surpasses) the one on his cheek? Yeah, it can startle and distract Alec, since he's likely to see it from very close. Though which direction the distraction will take - try to ice it, or use it to edge them both on - Richard has no idea. The uncertainty...

It also arouses.

He almost asks if this is what Alec wants, right here and now, but that's a stupid question. Instead, he focuses on shedding his shirt, and shifting from one foot to the other to kick off his shoes, too.

Alec inhales a sharp breath as soon as he sees the bruise. He knows that his eyes have gone uncertain and soft, and it’s for that reason that Alec keeps himself focused on the bruise, that he reaches out and presses his fingers into it.

Because it’s easier than meeting Richard’s eyes.

“Having fun without me again?” he asks, voice cool and amused. He’s always been good at controlling that part of himself.
