Dominic's no longer talking or asking for more, but he's also not quiet, eager with the noises of pleasure. He's louder than normal, the careful coaxing and the specifics of his position now having a definite effect. He can't respond the same way he would normally, but there's certainly a comfort in that, in knowing that Wesley has done this to him because of how much he wants him.

It doesn't take long, given the mental and physical stimulation, before Dominic is coming with a cry of Wesley's name on his lips.
